Project Overview

The Commission Withdrawal Accelerator (CWA) allows recruitment partners (RPs) to move money from their e-wallets to bank accounts anywhere in the world. This transfer conveniently works within the product, rather than via email.

CWA will streamline invoice processes and provide RPs with a more user-friendly experience. Plus, ApplyBoard’s Finance and Accounting teams will enjoy greater efficiency while managing commission withdrawals.

RPs will save time by managing withdrawals in one place. Requests are raised quickly and will be tracked from the product’s interface. This represents a significant improvement to the commission withdrawal process for RPs on ApplyBoard.

The Problem

Currently the commission to the RPs are managed manually by the accounts payable team. Due to large influx of requests in commissions withdrawal it is often that the response time may be longer than the stipulated time.

 

Without a streamlined withdrawal process it is tedious for the Accounts Team to process each request manually and thus the experience for recruitment partners often suffer.

Scope of Work
  • Automate the existing manual commission withdrawal process and implement a cost effective solution

  • Conceptualize and design user interfaces which are more user friendly in experience for RP’s and AP team.

  • Work on new features and enhancements in the existing UI

  • Follow the guidelines of Design System and implement brand consistent UI across the application

  • Sit with developers to find the most optimal solution in the exercise of improving UI/UX which requires minimal change in the codebase from developer’s end.

  • Competitive Research to see how other platforms (Chatbot, Google's Dailog Flow, chatfuel, Botsify, Kore.ai, Microsoft's Azure) are solving similar kinds of problems.

  • Usability analysis to identify usability issues from the first-time user's end.
